To Washington again.

After the funeral we shot up to Wisconsin, only to be dispatched back to Chicago. We are now off to the great state of Washington again.

My brain has been failing me last few days, guess I am in the grieving process. In Wisconsin I drove up the wrong hwy (something that is NOT something that I normally do, I almost always know exactly where I am at and where I am going)- it amounted to 50 miles out of the way when I routed back to where I was supposed to be. I blame the monster headache I had when I started my shift, Excedrin tamed that beast after a while and  I could think again. Then I lose "The notebook" the documentation we write all the load info, miles, fuel info etc... I  swear the thing was in my jacket pocket.

By the time I drove back into Chicago, I was wiped out, felt like Rocky Balboa's practice bag.

As I am writing we are waiting to fuel up and head into the airport area to pickup our new load and shoot to Washington.

I am more than happy to be heading west again.
